This month is National Cyber Security Awareness Month. Increased connectivity of communication also brings about greater risk of crime. We want to take the time to educate those in the community who could be at risk of a cyber crime attack and help them become aware of the dangers of Internet use and promote ways in which they can protect themselves against Internet crime. Our speakers will cover topics including setting strong passwords, updating software and browsers, firewalls, being cautious of what you read and receive online, and protecting children.
